Shipping Policy
This page tells you where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. If you can't find the answer here, contact us and we'll sort it directly.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't yet offer international shipping. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a further email with tracking information once it's dispatched.
Delivery time and cost
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. This range reflects real delivery performance across our courier network rather than a best case estimate, so please allow for the full window before contacting us about a delay.
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99, arrives in 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
- Express UK delivery: £6.99, arrives sooner within that same network. Exact express timing is shown at checkout for your postcode.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £40.
Delivery costs and any current offers are always confirmed again at checkout before you pay, so you know the exact price and estimated arrival window for your order before you complete it.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. Your dispatch email will include a tracking link or number so you can follow your parcel's progress. If you can't locate your tracking details, contact us and we'll send them again.
Carriers
We use established UK courier and postal partners to deliver orders. The exact carrier for your order depends on your location and the service selected, and will be shown on your tracking information once dispatched.
Delays
Occasionally a parcel runs later than expected, most often due to courier network volume, weather, or address issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window above, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please allow the full delivery window to pass first, since most delayed parcels do still arrive, but if it's genuinely lost we will put it right.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll work with you to arrange redelivery, though this may involve an additional postage cost.
